Chard Development broke ground on Duet, a two-building residential development located at 640 Michigan Street in Victoria’s James Bay neighbourhood. The 90-unit project, designed by local architecture firm, de Hoog and Kierulf Architects and Vancouver’s Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership, is already 30 per cent sold. Both buildings are scheduled to be completed in the Fall of 2014.

City of Victoria Mayor, Dean Fortin was also present for the groundbreaking and even took control of the excavator to dig the shovel.
